17_ Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 January 6, 2017 After enjoying our break from trips over the holidays, EOP was ready to enter 2018 with a bang. 110+ pirates showed up to continue our dominant reign into the new year. After seeing FO struggle to pull 40 members to their trip, we knew they would do anything they could to avoid fighting EOP 1v1. We expected them to hide in Clan Wars (again), but to no surprise, FO decided to team with Apex (again). This time, however, the beta clan started off the new year in a 2-year old clan's capes, and still got absolutely slaughtered by EOP. EOP looks forward to another year of dismantling alliances and unchallenged dominance. Eruption of Pures vs. Against All Odds Started off our trip by wishing our gold friends a happy birthday. Grats on 1 year bros. Eruption of Pures vs. Apex Hit Apex in singles northeast of Ruins while waiting for FO to Team-38 capes. Eruption of Pures vs. Cluster Got word of a 3-way cluster at Bandits, which we rushed from the east. Supremacy and IR headed east to singles so we chased AAO out to the south. Eruption of Pures vs. Fopex Since FO was only pulling 40 of their own members, they decided to put on Apex capes for their entire trip in an attempt to take a swing at EOP. We defended northeast of Corp Hill and Fopex rushed from the southwest and EOP immediately gained the advantage. We continued pushing Fopex around between Corp, to Chaos Altar, then back to Corp. After several minutes of fighting IR rushed from the south and we continued pulling the fight north. As the fight approached Gap, FO decided they'd had enough spankings and left us to punish Apex to singles. [1-0] Eruption of Pures vs. Fopex After allowing all clans to bank, we headed back to Corp for Round 2. Once again we defended and Fopex rushed from the south. We fought 1v2 and down opts for several minutes, then pulled the fight in our favor. Apex ultimately left the fight, leaving FO to get absolutely demolished in a 1v1.
