Over the past couple of weeks, I had been badgered by some community members to put up the wiki, so here it is!
As each of you have a unique perspective and experience in your respective clanning community, I hope everyone will take some time to immortalize their slice of history by contributing their experiences to the wiki!
 
Also while running the underdogs tournament, some of the newer clans are not aware of the basic clanning & prep terminologies.
Thus, this wiki relaunch shall focus on building a guides repository, so that future clans leaders do not have to build their foundations from scratch.

Play NHL 19, Fortnite, none competitive. Fortnite I tend to play duos/squads/creative bc some of the creative games are actually fun as fuck, and NHL because I've always loved the NHL games, both console as well since my pc is shit

Given the cancerous nature of discord these past few days we've been given numerous different opinions on how to deal with the cesspool of derogatory flames mainly directed from two clans. Many enjoy this sort of stuff while many do not, as such I have created a new channel #blast-furnace . This channel will be un-modded. The only rules for this channel will be strictly no doxing and no mass tagging. Do not be surprised if failure to comply with these two rules results in your immediate banning off the discord. Now this channel has been created we will be enforcing a more civil tone to #campfire and I implore everyone to move their grievances to the new channel. Failure to conform to these rules will result in you receiving the Peasant rank (the rank given when you are muted). Peasant rank will still have the ability to speak in #blast-furnace tl;dr If you don't conform, we'll make you conform. This will bring back a sense of normality to those looking to chat in campfire, while giving a platform for those of you who just want to shout and scream.

Loss after Loss
So before I get to this weekend, let's start off with IR's quality accomplishments over the past 2.5 months
 
- 25 prep rounds in a row (ongoing) lost in clan wars
- 100v100 fullout loss (after canceling 3 weekends prior to it to practice)
- The only Saturday aftermath in 3 months was made on November 18th (they still lost by the way)

- Losing a 170v130 fight to supremacy (98 mains)
 

 

 
 

 
Biggest Mass Leave in IR History
 
So, what has all of this lack of quality and leadership resulted in?  In the last 48 hours IR has lost some of their most key members/ranks. 
 
Below are pictures and evidence of every single IR rank/member who has left in the past 48 hours (not including those who left for legacy last week, which is anywhere between 5-10 people including many core).  All of a result of poor leadership in IR, and terrible events in general.  Some of the pictures are discord guest ranks considering Zoe refuses to guest people on forums, even though they left because of him.

Finding a way out
For any IR member who inevitably ends up reading this (which will be quite a lot).  Do know that we do not hold any personal feelings towards any one member.  Only your rank team.  Your rank team has told you for months that we need clans help, that we need mains, and that somehow we refuse to fight you (even though we would fight you in a pure only arena any day of the week at any time).  If you can finally see now through your ranks propaganda, much like all the people who left has, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.  Below are a list of some of the best ranks to speak to about this.

Trips haven't been about fun in the top4-5 lpcs since the scene reset in 2017, would love to see something about that change but right now clan ranks and leaders have a very low IQ and deprive other clans and their own members of certain aspects of action within the scene; that being preps, minis, midweeks, PKRIs. You have certain members in the pure community as a whole who have year old grudges against certain clans, or just don't care for the scene at all so they're bringing mains just to spite the clan they don't like to get a reaction out of them.

  Clan ranks should really try talking to each other instead of letting conversations devolve into a dick measuring contest for a 1 hour trip on the weekend that ultimately isn't fun, but a time waste to get a "win" that doesn't really solidify your clans quality nor it's ability to compete when you aren't even competing with strictly pures.
