2 fairly active clans closing in a short period of time is rough for the LPC scene. Hopefully a new clan will emerge from eop’s demise and bring some fresh air to the scene.

His point is fair but his intentions are obviously just to be an ape. Not sure why anyone would support him going and saying this, it’s a great way to have nothing changed and remind Jagex not to bother their time with us. There’s better ways to bring up his point than this.

the f2p world would be dead most of the time so he has a point. but like others have said, it only needs to be wilderness only. that way the f2p world could be used by everyone for most things since wildy in f2p is dead content outside of clan pking. 
Ask for a p2p world that is pures only. that would have 500-1000 people in at it all times. 
ask for basic clan wars QOL. have a dangerous option, make it so you can't leave cc (some random events have it so you can access inventory, so it's possible to make it so you can't access clan chat), have a matched opt option, and have the option for the instance not to end once a clan has been cleared (So people can loot). 
 
As someone who got 1->8 def 2005-2011, mainly through glitches, I am 100% for the world/wildy being limited to 1-5 def.

Gather around by the hearth my children, this is going to be the tale of Purge Clan. A story of backstabbing, trolls, memes, and 10 dollars. It all started when I saw a bot spamming "JOIN PURGE #1 CLAN AT REVS" now like many of you, I just smoke weed all day and fill the void of my lack of accomplishments with runescape, and and so I figured fuck it might as well join people who are exactly like me. The clan was ran by Ace Krave who is apparently infamous in the pure community which I did not know. There were no applications at the time... so as a lazy shit that was golden to me. First few weeks were fine, leaders were being put in place with the likes of Jamie Buttplug, and Orchid something, but as you can see we were quite fearsome, and formidable. We did inners... 5 v 5 inners... as in literally nobody fucking came or cared because everyone only gave a shit about revs, and filling out their looting bags... I guess this is a consequence of spamming #1 Rev clan... (I guess this is why rev warriors are a non factor in anything) . We slowly got stronger... faster... better... fighting no name clans in their ghostly robes while we had Kodai Wands courtesy of our credit cards, filling our ego by stomping people who are probably on more drugs than we were, but it was great. Log on, smoke some weed with the boys, and stomp irrelevant clans. It was a beautiful 2 months...
 
Then everything changed... when Ace Krave attacked. Now begins the fall of purge courtesy of it's owner... Over these two months Ace grew weary of running the clan, which involved nothing more than yelling "CLUMP THEM CLUMP THEM CLUMP THEM" "TWO MAN EAST TWO MAN EAST"..There never were two men east.. I think he just liked saying it, (these war crys would have your younger self wondering what went wrong to get to this point). He decided to contact Fatality which are kind of the Evil Hyenas in Lion King of the pure community. He wanted to close into them in return he would get Warlord rank in Fatality, and possibly a 150m, and so it began.... the downfall... We were no longer a group of high kids scapin, but mere pawns in a greater game played by bigger losers. After this many ranks left the clan. Some like p rick went to Foe, Butt plug went to IR. A lot of people went to IR actually... but not me... I believed.. and then it came... the 10 dollars that launched a thousand ships. Ace managed to scam a defensless incel for 10 bucks and his bank, imagine paying somebody else to play the game for you...but hopefully that poor poor soul can take comfort in the fact that this final straw was the nail in the coffin to our beautiful little troll meme clan. This 10 dollar meme... ended the clan... it brought purge to a close... and what was a beautiful chill clan with 50+ in the CC is now a graveyard filled with 5  people in the CC who probably forgot they were still in the CC. Friendships were lost... good times were gone... but the memes will live on. As for me I joined a different clan... it's extremely strict... and I do miss getting high with the boys... but that is in my past... and I do not live in the past...

What is the biggest problem facing the pure community at the moment?
Mains & the fact that the entire community is against us & nothing will pass for us because of an excuse of "catering to a minority." 
What suggestion do you have that could fix this said problem?
1-20 defence wilderness, clan wars, optimized polls for the pure community. We're already neglected & things will never pass polls, no sense in hiding it or acting like that isn't the case. Give us separate polls.
How should the unified council or committee decide on which suggestion to push for?
Similar to the RS polls, have a poll for the top 5 most important changes. Something along the lines of that.

Lack of attention, the fact that 750 or so pures fight weekly is unknown to the masses and most players dont know people actually use clan wars for clan battles. Id also like to see leaving the cc in a round counts as a death in first to # battles
What suggestion do you have that could fix this said problem?
An actual clan system probs requires engine work? would be nice to have one which would allow things like kdr for pkri events or a win/loss ratio or even an rankboard for clan wars based events.
They could highlight some events or perhaps do another J-cup but this time a little more hype maybe mention the winners on the official youtube channel so that the scene gets some new blood in, people love competitive events and all.

Sacrifice the blood of your first child and have the Oracle decide what the future must hold.

We need a very clear clanning system in game. Currently its getting more difficult to bring new blood into both the main and pure scenes.
I suggest bringing something back like the citadel system in rs3. But no citadel. Bring back like banners. Also make like some kind of boards in edgeville or varrock that will let you search for certain types of clans.

man I got nothing but love for fatality but do you really think you guys, of all clans can be the one to talk about pulls? ya'll pulled 20-30 for two consecutive years. I was there, where were all of ya'll talking shit? certainly not there when we pulled 20-30. glad you guys had a nice pull & a good trip but for you to be talking about this of all people... c'mon. 

Instead of arguing and making things worse, start talking about the real deal for once; a solution, and show us who's the most mature one.
Yes Supremacy might've started bringing mains since last year, yes Intense Redemption might've started bringing in mains as of lately as well, yes bringing mains is damaging the pure scene, YOUR scene. Both clans are too blame, not just because of their actions but also because of the way you talk about it. Grow up if you truly care about the game. People are starting to get tired of these immature reactions and it will only put you and your clan in a bad light.

Probably because if you're from certain clans your posting is generally moderated much heavier than others and your freedom to post is restricted. And then you can't have a proper discussion about clanning because someone from a favoured clan is allowed to block discussion through the use of overzealous slander and will face no repercussion. I think when the hypocritical nature of moderating comes in, nobody ends up caring (prime example is despite not being allowed, people saying someone's mum has cancer freely, but then people getting banned for calling someone a negligent dad)
 
Short answer, no incentive to post efficiently and constructively and the treatment of people from clans the staff do not like is sub-par at best.

that's the thing, jagex gives no support to the PvP community. this deadman mode shit is just a cash grab & was rigged to begin with. on top of the reddit circlejerk that PvPers are so cancer, yet they themselves are actually the worst.

Yea weird because the osrs playerbase tripled since 2014 and clans still pull similar numbers iirc.
 
I wish jagex gave us some support, I feel like preps could very well be a small eSport sort of thing. Imagine if Jagex hosted a pure clan wars tournament like on a saturday once a month where clans play through a bracket over one night and the winners get points on some sort of ladder system or whatever. If they stream something like this I'm sure it would get some viewers which could motivate people to look for a clan or even start new clans etc. So much wasted potential.

We have a few 70s but majority are 83-93 cb. 
Aroubd 40-50 really active members, you’ll have 10-20 man pk trips everyday.
