What a lot of people in the HPC scene don't get.

1. All your trips start off by waiting for hours for the first clan to go to multi (if the trip ever gets to multi.)

2.there is no midweek action

Isn't always true, but wouldn't be true at all if all the LPC's stepped up to our scene.

What you don't seem to understand is the pure community almost died a little over a year ago. We had to switch times to LPC's as they wouldn't be the ones to switch and that ultimately saved us. Everything got better, and it led to the pure community being its most active on 07 as it still is today.

Obviously we aren't anywhere near that point now but what's the point in leading a clan if you're not wanting it to grow... I just don't get it. Stay complacent though, that is why EVERY LPC that's opened has closed and all of them will continue to close.

Yeah let a bunch of lvl 70s and low 80s with 1 deff and 52 pray go against a bunch of lvl 108s with 99 pray attack and 39 deff....that won't be 1 sided at all...

Idk, the excuse of being an LPC/MPC kind of loses credibility when everyone's maxed or near maxed.

If everybody was 1 Defence and lower combat, then maybe it would be fair to say. However, currently the amount of Mith/Addy/Maxed Accounts in these LPCs is continuously escalating.

It's not an HPC and MPC scene, it's two HPC scenes with invites running between both every weekend. It would be much easier to just merge them both and have 2 hours of F2P trips, rather than 4 for HPCs.

Well to me having 2 scenes make it more enjoyable overall

LPCs are for fun and new things happen quite frequently, clans pulls change drastically from week to week making the top volatile and interesting. Whenever a clan finds themselves dominating they simply move up, recent example being Sv. Which leaves the rest of the clans with a unclaimed top spot to compete for

HPCs are taken more seriously and are quite up to par with each other. Hence slow moving trips and the top positions don't change very frequently. This leads to more intense and longer lasting rivalries = more interesting to follow aftermath topics.

TL;DR

LPCs are fun for attending since you never really know if you're going to be the predator or prey. Rooting for a LPC is quite fucked since they could literally go from "#1" to #5 or from #1 to not being apart of the scene anymore in a week

HPCs are fun to follow because you get a chance to root for clans since their position is going to be quite stable. I mean just look at CP and TLP with their 1 hour singles fights. What has changed? Fuck all. Are they going to do it again next week? Probably lol

Im in an lpc and a hpc and im telling you not to move up

LPC trips are deffo more action packed

HPC trips are more propaganda, since no clan wants to take a loss

but also keep in mind this is only a snapshot. When more clans in HPC are pulling even, there is a ton of action, like 1-2 months ago.

LPC scene was brown sticky stuff when SV were running things.

Atleast with 2 scenes, one of them will always be fun.

LPC and HPC being diff scenes is good also because it gives opportunities for people in different HPC's to mix and get to know each other.

I have so many friends in TLP/Fi/EoP/RD because of my LPC'ing,

To add on to that no one will be forcing them to go 30 def or whatever excuse they may have regarding def :o You can still claim to be an MPC and stay 80s/90s (Obviously a few 100s) ;) To people saying they've had more fun on MPC trips than HPC trips just Imagine if those clans merged with the MPC/HPCs we already have. You would have around 8 clans pulling 35-50ish & it would be a lot more fun and we would have a real idea of clan strength without HPC invites.
