Decent? Rage was #1 F2P matched - even other clan leaders agree to that. Afaik, there hasn't been a clan dominating both servers in both areas (wilderness & cw), for too long anyway. Most clans have a unique aspect about them e.g. Misfits have daily trips, FOE is good at P2P, EOP has an active forums etc. but since I came back to the pure community nearly two years ago I am yet to see FI being "decent" at anything. Take that however you will.

I mean rage was #1 in the server that mattered, CD couldnt do anything

I personally have no problems as a member prepping any clan in any server but clans leadership should be able to choose who they fight, in the wild and out of the wild.
 
This favours clans that starve other clans in the wilderness yet still expect to get action in clan wars for hype (ub tbh) :/
 
Also if you want to test your clan, you want to prep a good opponent for solid competition... but with this, the system could match you with some dead clan like AAO/Apex? That's no fun.
