Maxed 75 attack with 52 prayer including 99 hp and 5 ded = 89 CB so that's what the cap should be.

Keep it 88 combat cap, we dont want cancer mpc or cancer hpc back
 
if you want 99 prayer, stay 50/60 attack. 

na leave it 88 if u want more pray get less attack etc etc i dont wanna see 101 at preps df

At that point lets just go back to HPC. The cap should be no more than 90 cb period. 

ev, aao, rd and doom all have accounts that are over 10 defence. you can't suggest 1-5 defence when your clan is one of the offenders. for to long clans have said they were only letting people come to events with higher than 5 defence if they were training a new pure. honestly it shouldn't even be a consideration letting people with higher defence in your clan. first you need to fix the 1-5 defence limit before we can suggest anything else.
