Can a clan succesfully move up to the next bracket without getting bullied?

Moving up to a higher bracket was always a risky move for clans. But especially now that most Hpc are well established is it really possible for a clan to move up "succesfully" and compete without closing or going back?

Out of the current MPC's no clan really has a build to survive in HPC. However it is possible with LPC's. Rage did it when no one thought it was likely. Out of the LPC's I see Bv having the best chance to successfully move up.

Pretty much this. Way easier to jump from lpc to mpc. Mpc to hpc while still being successful is nearly impossible.

Hpc is cancer, if you want a successful clan you gotta create a clan out from lpc and spend a good 3 months in lpc get like a 40 member core and like 30-40 +1's for pkris n such.. then mpc.. then stay mpc.. hpc is whack.

I think its possible, but requires some serious ability from a clan that we haven't seen out of LPC/MPC in some time. None of the leaders are competent enough and the members of lpc/mpc clans generally aren't very good
