what combat cap would you prefer for LPC?

im level 58 on an account i would have considered perfect for LPCing but the scenes already too far gone

 

i would have loved to see 60- or 65- considering the former mpc bracket started at sensible levels between the 65- of lpc and the 111- of hpc

LPC should remain at lower levels. If you want to use maxed accounts (50-60+atk), go and join an HPC. This is the same argument that arose last time there was an LPC scene and look what it achieved after people decided to max out their LPC accounts (mass mains/HPC invites on HPC accounts). 

 

Some cunts are unbelievable man, you start up a new scene because you want to refresh real pures from cancer and then start wanting the cancer back in the scenes via combat increases. Keep the scene fresh and organised, else it will fail as the scenes before all have. You've been given something promising and now you want to ruin it.

78 combat should be absolute max as that is the lowest combat u can have with 99range/HP and overheads. Anything more than that would mean getting attack/def/payer levels with no consequences. If you want 60 attack / 20 def / 70 prayer then you need to make a decision to sacrifice strength levels. 60atk/92str is fine, as long as u understand you can't max out Strength without creating an imbalance. 83 is broccolied because you can max with no consequences/sacrifices. On top of that, there is no reason you can't part take in HPC with 60 attack, ESPECIALLY if you're maxed.

 

As for a defence cap, I personally have no issue with 20 def. if somebody wants to sacrifice strength for def, go ahead. A bit diversity never hurts anybody and could introduce a different aspect to clanning. As long as they keep in mind to keep it under 78 CB then it's not as if their account would be doing too much damage anyway.

The scene shouldn't be based off combat, it should be based off defence levels (LPC: 1 - 4 Defence, HPC: 20 - 39 defence).

 

As i stated in previous topics, the community needs to change if we are ever going to prosper again. Clans "adapting" to 30+ defence with no real purpose was a mistake, and the LPC scene is the cure for that sickness. Based off what I experienced in the past several weeks; the LPC community is real pure clanning, while HPC scene is lower level main clanning.
