My list: Ct: won't happen lol Mm: if they reopened it would create huge competition at the top and people would come back to the game. In any case HPCs should make MPC accounts or MPCs should move up. But that would just be counter-productive as most clans will drop pulls and clans will close. The only thing that's going to completely wipe out pure clanning is if the retards at Jagex decide to do some combat-altering updates that fuck pures entirely, or people just stop playing RS.
