39 def will bring back hpc, which means 106-111 cbt

mains will be able to hit @corpcave

now you're 88 max cb, smains will still be able to hit you but they need to be 108-111

There's less 108-111 mid lvls then there are 126 cbt mains, and the 111 mains can get camped by 126 mains

I think you’re pretty cauliflower. 126 mains - 99 attack 99 str and 111 can have 99 attack and 99 str, both will do same damage.
