Cronic Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 On this historic occasion, the Pirates of the Eruption of Pures set out from dummies with 70 brave young lads, intent on holding onto our #1 spot. RD was out with 100 and as the clock hit the top of the hour we were pm'd by RD for a pkri. We GLADLY accepted. We walked up to GDZ, gave them our world and the 70v100 began. We were well aware that they had near 100~ people ready to take us on, so we placed ourselves south of the hut and awaited a rush. Once we found their world we hopped over and were met by 100 pures and the return fight began. Due to the initial numbers advantage, RD had us pushing all of our limits to keep up with the pace of the fight. Unfortunately for them, our members were warring as if we were the clan that had +30. Their advantage slowly drifted away as the fight went on, as our 70 man unit were more accustomed to the large scale return fights and we started to bring the battle in our favour. Roughly 5 minutes in SUP/LT/FI all crashed the fight, followed soon after by TLP/FO. Eruption of Pures vsCluster Part way through the cluster, many clans attempted to try hinder us and ruin the fight. Fatality made a few appearances and were swiftly cut down every time, their new leadership obviously underestimating the power of the Pirates. TLP and Supremacy both made unexpected entries, prolonging the return fight when we had mustered up all of the momentum. And we can't forget about the rest of the Pure Community, Fo, Zu, Lt, etc. Practically the whole pure community took a bite in our fight today and were either repelled or ended up fighting eachother elsewhere. However, the crashing was not able to hinder us. After we repelled the crashers while still trying to keep RD's opts low, we put our FULL focus right back on RD, the return fight starting to take its toll on their members. Eruption of Pures vsRedemption After one last crashing effort by TLP and Supremacy (who ended up fighting eachother) we stepped up a gear and continued to take full advantage of our momentum. With 65~ strong Pirates on the battlefield at most times, we managed to push RD around the gdz hut, on to white plat, back to gdz and keep them at 20~ people the whole time. With one strong movement at the end, we pushed RD down to gap, then to dwarves and then got ourselves a fall in of 72 brave, heroic members once they were gone. We were about to make our way down to bank after clearing them up, but then received word that they were coming to rush us with 30~ at piper so we came up and met them, pushed them back up to gap and cleared the most of them. After getting another fall in, we heard they had regrouped at gdz. We were very hyper to meet the boys again so we circled around south east of gap and meet RD at the vents east of gdz, where our group of 72 made contact with and pushed the now 40~ RD who were present. This second fight didn't last as long, after pushing them around for a good 10-15 minutes they pulled south and got a fall in of 25~ people and walked towards gap. We followed them with haste and caught those who were too slow to log out with our bows. After clearing up the wilderness, we sat ourselves at gdz with our strong 75 man unit (as our pull had gradually increased throughout the fights) and prepared to get ourselves some cute lil spams up. This was until we received word that a blue caped clan was at gap, so we juggled our chances and rushed over to greet them, expecting RD but being greeted by TLP. We took our scims out and with one enormous push, forced them off the map. We then proceeded to end our trip on top, extremely proud with our own performance. Looking forward to tomorrow and next week - we learnt a lot as a clan today so ty for that. ps. did lt rank higher than fo this saturday, did that just happen?
